Thermal uncontrolled Diffusion experiment of Anhui Xineng Science and Technology Co., Ltd.
The purpose of the experiment is to verify that the new battery module is under the condition that the heat of single core is out of control.Its unique structure can prevent the thermal runaway expansion of the whole battery module.
The chip used in the experiment is a home-made Bike 18650 ternary lithium battery.The battery module used is a new battery module.When the battery module is fully charged(No coolant added),At the same time, the core of the junction of positive and negative poles of the busbar is selected for detonation.
Accompanied by customer related test engineer,Ten experiments in a row.Each test detected the temperature change and the voltage change of the whole module before and after the test of the detonated core and the surrounding 6 cores.

Ten times the results were the same.There is no chain explosion in the surrounding electric core.The voltage of the whole module did not change obviously.Customer testing engineer field testing.It is proved that the new battery module can prevent the thermal runaway diffusion.Also for the 21700 battery module.The results of the test are consistent.
